We are a fully equipped studio with classical apparatuses based on Joseph Pilates’ original specifications. All teachers are trained by Romana's Pilates International, the gold standard for Pilates teacher training.

Pilates and Pilates Connection Chicago have been in my life for more than 15 years. I cannot imagine a more passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable group of instructors to motivate and push me to make the most of each lesson.
