how do I schedule a lesson?
Please call us at 847-492-7200. This initial phone consultation will allow us to match you with the best instructor to meet your needs. Therefore, we do not offer online scheduling.
What are the Studio Hours?
The studio is open Monday-Saturday by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to make your appointment. The studio is closed Sundays.
What are STudio Guidelines?
- Turn off cell phones and all electronic devices during sessions.
- Please do not wear clothing with back zippers, jewelry, or hair clips, as they will scratch the apparatus.
- No perfume please.
How DO i prepare for my first lesson?
- Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your first lesson to complete registration forms.
- Wear comfortable (but not loose) clothing and socks.
- Prepare to discuss your fitness goals and needs (and any medical conditions) with your instructor.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation by phone to avoid being charged the full session rate.
No exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered for any reason.
